ABOUT THE CASITA

 

Welcome to our quiet, brand new, fully appointed Westside Santa Cruz Casita. This is a newly constructed 400 sq ft. one-bedroom house with private, keyless entry. When you stay in our backyard separate home, you will have total privacy and garden access.

LOCATION:
The Casita is located 1 mile from West Cliff Drive and the Pacific Ocean. We are 1.9 miles from world famous surfing. There is amazing road and mountain biking and hiking from our front door. We are just down the hill from the UCSC campus and close to bus stops. We are walking distance to some of the best bakeries, breweries, restaurants and shopping that Santa Cruz has to offer. You might not even get in your car once you arrive! Downtown and the Boardwalk are a short bike ride or nice walk away.
 

FEATURES and AMENITIES:

• Induction 2 burner cook top, microwave/convection oven combo, full size refrigerator, on demand hot water, filtered water, cookware, utensils, plates etc.

• Separate bedroom with 1 Queen sized bed, top-of-the-line mattress, plush pillow and luxury bedding. Sheets and towels provided.

• En suite bathroom with large shower and heated tile floors.

• Living space features 43" flat screen TV, Wifi, bluetooth sound bar. 

• Plenty of street parking (permits provided).

• Access to backyard garden and patio dining table. Use of gas BBQ

• Access to beach cruisers and surf boards upon request.

• Access to our cute chocolate lab.

 

HOUSE RULES:

2 people. Well behaved child (children) considered, keep in mind there is just one queen bed.

No pets.
